We have a great opportunity for a Web Fulfilment Team Leader to join Team OB in our Warehouse.35 Hours, Monday to Friday and Alternate Sundays. Monday (14:45pm-22:45pm) Tuesday (14:45pm-22:45pm) Wednesday(14:45pm-22:45pm) Thursday (14:45pm-22:45pm) Friday (14:45pm-22:45pm) and Alternate Sundays (14:45pm-22:45pm)With some flexibility around team holidays and peak periods.As a Web Fulfilment Team Leader at OB, you will be responsible for overseeing picking, packing and the shipping of our products in line with OB picking and packing standards. You will support the Fulfilment manager to ensure the web pick and pack process runs smoothly and efficiently. You will line manage the team, coordinating their workloads via the tools provided while managing, training, and motivating them.
