Junior Digital Designer

We have an amazing opportunity for a Junior Digital Designer to join Team OB in our Support Office.

As a Junior Digital Designer at OB, create and deliver digital projects across OB’s desktop & mobile site. Assisting the design team and eCommerce team in the preparation of imagery and marketing assets. You will be working collaboratively across departments, whilst being able to work independently on various projects. Using your strong eye for detail and a passion for digital design, you will work across multiple digital touchpoints.

This role will be based in our Chessington Warehouse, located near Tolworth station, only a 30-minute journey from London Waterloo. We offer hybrid working with a split of 3 days in the office and 2 days home working per week, and are open to having conversations about working flexibly

OB’s Junior Digital Designer will:

• Support the Digital Design team in managing the day-to-day operations of UK and
• international websites.
• Assist in the creation of engaging static and animated assets for digital platforms, including
• websites and email campaigns.
• Design and develop responsive layouts with a mobile-first approach, including weekly updates
• to home and landing pages.
• Collaborate on the design and development of marketing emails aligned with product
• launches and key dates.
• Build and maintain editorial content with the content team.
• Ensure all work adheres to established brand guidelines.
• Organise and maintain project files and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality work.
• Revise designs based on feedback and finalised assets
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to execute email campaigns and incorporate any
• necessary updates.
• Coordinate with Content team to review content briefs, asset requirements, and project
• timelines.
• Collaborate with the rest of eCommerce team to create and test A/B variants across the website.
• Contribute fresh ideas to the team and confidently communicate
• Stay informed on emerging design trends

What we look for:

• BA degree in graphic/website design
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and familiarity
• with Figma.
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Ready to take on any challenge you are faced with
• Strong project organisation and task management skills to handle multiple priorities and meet
• deadlines.
• Ambitious, resourceful and looking for the opportunities to learn
• A positive, driven attitude to contribute actively to a passionate and dedicated team
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
