We are looking for Risk & Compliance administrative support to help Team OB in our Support Office. This will be up to 1 day per week in addition to your current role, or to be completed alongside your current role. This will be a 3 month placement.

While supporting the risk & compliance administration at OB you will, help the Head of Risk & Compliance with day to day management of records and reports, ensuring that information is up to date and supporting in deadlines being met. You will also support with privacy contacts from customers such as deletion requests. You will have the opportunity to attend Compliance meetings and learn more about these. You will be required to work with the Head of Risk & Compliance either half a day or one full day per week. As this may impact your current working hours, we will need to look at your availability, and agree this with your line manager or Head of Department.

More about the role …

An OB Risk & Compliance Administrative Support will:

• Work with the Head of Risk & Compliance to maintain up to date records of current records

• Archive records of contracts that are no longer in place

• Notify contract owners when termination or contract end dates are due

• Carry out basic privacy requests such as data deletions, including maintaining logs

• Archive or delete logs in line with our deletion policies

• Support the Head of Risk & Compliance administratively with more complex/time-consuming investigations

• Support a privacy policy & training review calendar

• Maintain records of copyright complaints received by OB, including supporting with decision making logs

• Maintain records of copyright issues identified by OB, including supporting with decision making logs

• Support administratively with the creation of departmental risk registers

• Support a risk register review calendar

What we look for:

• Good breadth of knowledge of OB

• Strong administrative experience

• Accurate and up-to-date report and records/logs management

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus

• Able to recognise situational nuance

• Intermediate Excel skills would be helpful

• Computer literate in Microsoft packages with the ability to learn new skills
