We have an amazing opportunity for a Junior Ecommerce Photographer to join Team OB in our Support Office.

As a Junior Ecommerce Photographer at OB, you will play an integral role in supporting the Ecommerce Photographer to run a successful in-house ecommerce studio.

Reporting to the Ecommerce Photographer, you will work in collaboration to bring product to life through exceptional imagery that is in line with the OB style guidelines.

Our Support Office is based in Tolworth, near Chessington, only a 30-minute journey from London Waterloo. We are working a 50/50 split of office and home working.

An OB Junior Ecommerce Photographer will:

  • Support the Ecommerce Photographer in bringing products to life through high quality digital photography, using beautiful lighting and a strong eye for detail
  • Manage the set-up, assembly and put away of equipment before and after shoots
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of studio lighting techniques
  • Build and arrange sets in advance of shoots, preparing props and decorating sets when required for showcasing & styling of OB products
  • Maintain sets, ensuring all photographic equipment is in working order carrying out lighting tests as required
  • Stay up to date on trends both internal and external to help with photography and styling of products on studio shoots
  • Assist with the post-production editing and export of images, crop and process colour grading & maintaining file size specifications
  • Edit, retouch, recolour and resize imagery in line with the OB style guidelines
  • Perform quality assurance on all images name and archive digital asset files
  • Manage multiple product imagery deadlines, communicating the workflow to multiple internal teams
  • Be responsible for all video post-production, colour adjusting, cropping, resizing processing and uploading
  • Work in collaboration with the Fashion/H&G Buying teams and Ecommerce Content team, in the coordination of stock for photo shoots
  • Support in efficiently managing the weekly bookings/diary & studio priorities and demonstrate ability to react to last minute requests in a calm manner
  • Prepare products for shoots, including steaming of clothing, cleaning of samples and label removal
  • Provide a professional, creative and inviting studio environment
  • Support production manager with prep for external ecommerce shoots

What we look for:

  • Proficient in software such as Capture One & Adobe suites
  • Understanding of film/video and post-production
  • Photography related studies or work experience
  • Knowledge of basic studio photography techniques
  • Super organised with excellent time management skills
  • Flexible and able to work at a fast pace on multiple projects
  • Creative yet commercial eye
