We are looking for an E-commerce Fashion Photographer to join Team OB in our Support Office.

As an Ecommerce Fashion Photographer at OB, you will take ownership of the digital operation in a fast-paced and rapidly growing, in-house fashion studio.


Working with the Junior Ecommerce Fashion Photographer, you will be responsible for the creation and delivery of a strong visual aesthetic across all product areas, working with both model and still life photography. You will also ensure that the imagery produced is to the highest standard and in line with OB brand guidelines.


Collaborating and working closely with the Art Director and Production Manager, you will work together to deliver the photographic vision, keeping the OB customer at the forefront of creative imagery decisions.

Our Support Office is based in Tolworth, near Chessington, only a 30-minute journey from London Waterloo. You will be based on site in the office or studio a minimum of 4 days per week.

More about the role …

OB’s Fashion Photographer will:

• Photograph ecommerce model content

• Produce shots that capture the essence of the brand, showing our products in their best light and enhancing the shopping experience for our customer

• Bring products to life through high quality digital photography, using beautiful lighting and your strong eye for detail

• Provide still life shots driven by quality and underpinned by technical proficiency, composition and colour

• Have joint responsibility for the daily set up and coordination of the in-house ecommerce studio along with the homeware photographer

• Build strong working relationships with multiple teams to ensure the best possible photographic experience and results

• Work in collaboration with the Production Manager to select images that are in line with the OB style guidelines

• Support and oversee the Re-toucher and Assistant Photographer with cropping and processing

• Retouch and colour correct images where necessary

• Delegate and oversee the Junior Photographer and Retoucher’s workload

What we look for:

• A love of the OB brand and product

• BA in Photography or related qualification would be advantageous, but not essential

• Experience in shooting model and still life photography is essential

• Previous film experience would be advantageous

• Lighting and camera experience

• Previous experience or passion for Fashion product

• Great communicator at all levels

• Approachable and adaptable to change

• Self-motivated

• Creative yet commercial eye

• Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines

• Experience using MAC, with additional knowledge of Capture 1, Photoshop and Illustrator
