We have an amazing opportunity for a Digital Development Coordinator to join Team OB in our Support Office on an 11 month maternity cover contract
As a Digital Development Coordinator at OB, you will work with various teams to manage projects from briefing through to delivery relating to the Oliver Bonas trading website.
You will be passionate about delivering best in class development adding value to the customer experience and supporting the ecommerce team.
Drawing upon your previous experience, you will be a clear and confident communicator with the ability to share complex information or processes in a concise way. You will also be innovative and well-organised with the ability to drive forward projects and ensure they are completed on time and in full.
Our Support Office is based in Tolworth, near Chessington, only a 30-minute journey from London Waterloo. We are working a 50/50 split of office and home working, and are open to having conversations about working flexibly.

OB’s Digital Development Coordinator will:
• Manage projects from briefing through to delivery collaborating with various teams
• Conduct QA testing of completed projects and schedule for live release
• Co-ordinate technical requests from our SEO team and agency partners ensuring all tasks are processed
• Plan and test Magento upgrades for both full release and patches
• Manage, publish and maintain the internal development roadmap
• Co-ordinate internal support process, investigate/raise issues and manage priorities across various teams
• Work as part of wider organisational project teams as required

What we look for:
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Previous experience working for an online or ecommerce business
• Experience of managing front and back-end development ideally within a Magento 2 environment
• JIRA/Click-UP experience desired but not essential
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skill
• Strong time management skills
