We are looking for a NetSuite Technology Manager to join Team OB in our Support Office.
As a NetSuite Technology Manager at OB, you will oversee the administration and optimisation of the NetSuite ERP system, ensuring its alignment with business processes and objectives.
In addition, the role will leverage advanced project management skills to lead IT initiatives across the organization, including hardware and software rollouts, change management, and systems integration. This role will also provide cross-departmental project support to drive innovation and operational efficiency.
Our Support Office is based in Tolworth, near Chessington, only a 30-minute journey from London Waterloo. We offer hybrid working with a split of 3 days in the office and 2 days home working per week, and are open to having conversations about working flexibly.

An OB NetSuite Technology Manager will:
• Ensure NetSuite, NSPB, Patchworks and Futura are updated and operate seamlessly, including any necessary software upgrades or patches.
• Monitor system performance and address any technical issues or disruptions promptly.
• Implement technology-driven solutions to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.
• Collaborate with OB team members and management to streamline operations and reduce costs.
• Utilise data analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Regularly audit NetSuite data for accuracy and compliance with organisational standards.
• Design, test, and deploy customisations, scripts, and workflows within NetSuite.
• Manage the ERP system’s upgrade schedule, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Document system changes, configurations, and processes for knowledge sharing and future reference.
• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables for IT initiatives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of IT projects and rollouts
• Manage user roles, permissions, workflows, and system configurations.
• Collaborate with department heads to customise NetSuite features and functions to meet evolving business needs.
• Coordinate with external vendors, including NetSuite support, to address technical issues and system upgrades.
• Lead IT projects, including hardware replacements, software rollouts, and system upgrades, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Develop and implement change management strategies to integrate new technologies or processes seamlessly into existing workflows.
• Act as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders to align project objectives with organisational goals.
• Monitor and manage project risks, providing regular updates to leadership on progress and challenges.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements within IT and across the business.
• Develop and execute pilot projects to test the feasibility and impact of innovative IT solutions.
• Create and build project plans, timelines, and budgets while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure milestones are met.
• Act as a liaison between IT systems operations and other departments, ensuring goal alignment and clear communication.
