We are looking for a Facilities Administrator to join Team OB in our Support Office.

As a Facilities Administrator at OB, you will support the Facilities Team in the smooth running of our Support Office and assisting in the delivery of soft/hard services as well as the care, maintenance, and upkeep.

You will report any issues and ensure repairs are addressed, whilst supporting the wider teams ensuring the workplace is kept to a high standard of functionality.

A proactive approach to maintaining the facility will be essential, monitoring work place practices and actively encouraged to share innovative improvements with the wider Facilities team.

You will play an important role in the day-to-day operations, within the Facilities and wider Operations team. Working within a fast-paced environment, you will need to deliver strong problem-solving skills, multi-tasking abilities and clear attention to detail.

Our Support Office is based in Tolworth, near Chessington, only a 30-minute journey from London Waterloo. This role will be based in the office 5 days a week

More about the role …

OB’s Facilities Administrator will:

• Be the main point of contact and complete daily walkarounds of our Support Office ensuring all is in order.

• Manage contractor visits, including document control of RAMS and permits and reviewing completed works

• Arrange dates for servicing and inspection across all service provisions, and ensure documentation if managed effectively

• Manage the SO Maintenance log and assignment of works to contractors and in house teams

• Work closely with the cleaning team ensuring high standards are maintained.

• Conduct weekly fire alarm tests and support with facilities and health & safety walk rounds and checks

• Ensure Support Office consumables are fully stocked, maintained and managed

• Manage keyholder access pass process for Chessington and Andover sites
