We are looking for a Brand Marketing Assistant to join Team OB in our Support Office.
As a Brand Marketing Assistant at OB you will support the delivery of Oliver Bonas brand campaigns and day-to-day PR and marketing activity from planning, through to activation and post-campaign review. You will own sample co-ordination for all marketing activity.
Being part of the Brand Marketing team and reporting to the Brand Marketing Manager this is an ideal role for a recent graduate for someone at the start of their career. You will be creative, organised, ambitious, curious, and excited to build a career in brand marketing.
Our Support Office is based in Tolworth, near Chessington, only a 30-minute journey from London Waterloo. We offer hybrid working with a split of 3 days in the office and 2 days home working per week, and are open to having conversations about working flexibly.

A OB Brand Marketing Assistant will:
- Support the Brand Marketing Manager with the concepting, planning, coordination and delivery of brand campaigns.
- Assist with campaign timelines, key dates, product requirements and supporting documentation.
- Work closely with the buying and merchandising teams to stay up to date on product focuses, newness and delays, swiftly communicating any issues and alternative plans with the wider marketing team.
- Responsible for research and audience insight to identify key trends that will help to shape a campaign at initial planning stage.
- Support the creation of campaign briefs, presentations and planning documents where needed.
- Coordinate product samples for the PR agency, ensuring requests are processed accurately and delivered on time.
- Manage sample requirements for brand shoots, working closely with the marketing, creative and buying teams to ensure the right product is available when needed.
- Support press and creator gifting activity by coordinating product selections, sample availability, delivery details and tracking.
- Keep clear records of sample requests, movements, returns and any product issues.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams to stay up to date on product availability, newness, delays and alternative options.
- Communicate sample updates clearly and quickly to relevant stakeholders.
- Put together campaign performance reports, gathering results from relevant teams and channels.
- Support post-campaign reviews by collating key learnings, results and examples of activity.
- Assist with ad hoc reporting, research and presentation creation.
- Maintain accurate documents, trackers and campaign records.
- Support the wider PR & Marketing team with general administration and coordination
