Thinking about a career in Customer Service?

We have an amazing opportunity for an OB Team Member to gain some work experience with our Customer Service team whilst they plan for their busiest time of year – Black Friday and Peak! You can help with the final stages of their seasonal team training plan and get experience in organising a team of up to 50 advisors.

There will also be exposure to their communication systems using email, WhatsApp, live chat and phones where you will get to see first-hand how they go above and beyond each day for all of our customers.

Our Support Office is based in Tolworth, near Chessington, only a 30-minute journey from London Waterloo.

This placement will last one week.

What you need to know…

• This work experience placement will be unpaid, but you will receive a subsistence payment to help towards some of your daily costs
• You will need to discuss with your line manager if you will be able to commit to the dates outlined at the top of this job description
• Any time spent away from your role will need to be either taken as holiday or as unpaid time off
• Not based in near SO? Be sure to check if you will be able to travel for your placement and have accommodation arranged if needed.
